TERMS OF SERVICE
• I reserve the right to refuse any commission, for any reason.
• I do NOT use any form of generative AI in my work, and prohibit my art being used for training generative AI or minting NFTs.
• Commissions will be completed in the order received. In the spirit of fairness, I won't accept added payment for priority treatment.
• Actual wait times may vary. Please disclose any deadlines up front.
• Clients may request unlimited revisions prior to approval of final sketch--within reason. I'll seek client approval before drawing the finished artwork.
• Upon paying in full, clients may request one (1) round of revisions within seven (7) days of receiving the finished artwork. Afterwards, further revisions will require additional payment.
• If I cannot deliver a finished work on time, I will notify clients for either an extension or full refund. If a commission is canceled by the client, no refunds will be issued.
• I retain the right to use, post, and share my work, unless stated otherwise in an NDA signed by me. I can postpone sharing a work upon client request.

PAYMENT INFO
• All prices are listed in United States dollars (USD).
• Payments can be made through PayPal, Venmo or Wise. I do not accept cryptocurrencies.
• 50% of payment must be provided upfront, and the other 50% upon delivery of the finished artwork. Please do NOT send payment before I accept your commission.
